Nichidai Filter’s proposal/effect
Based on the gas flow rate during operation and the size of the tank and equipment, the number, dimensions, and hole-opening accuracy of each pipe in the chain were examined. Nichidai Filter made a design and proposal that would ensure stable foaming from the entire equipment.
The following effects were observed.
- Stable foaming was observed from each connected pipe due to the uniform openings and pressure drop of the laminated sintered wire mesh screen, and stable reactions and effects were obtained throughout the tank.
- Since the elements can be replaced with different types of screen elements with different hole opening accuracy(filtration accuracy), a single device can be used for different applications.
- Ease of maintenance has been improved because the screen can be cleaned to remove adhering material with a simple washing.
