Nichidai Filter manufactures highly functional and reliable filters by utilizing state-of-the-art equipment such as vacuum sintering furnaces.
In addition, we implement strict quality control in all processes from order receipt to delivery with the aim of TQM (Total Quality Management). We have obtained the ISO9001 accreditation for the design, manufacture, and sale of laminated sintered filters.
Expanding sintering technology globally
Nichidai Filter has established Thai Sintered Mesh, a production base for laminated sintered filters, in Lamphun Province, Thailand. The company operates five large vacuum sintering furnaces, the same scale as those in Japan, and plays a role in the global supply system, especially in the Asian region.
In recent years, Nichidai Filter’s sintered wire mesh filters are being used around the world, including the expansion of exports of sintered laminated filters to China and the expansion of sales channels in cooperation with Nichidai U.S.A., the U.S. subsidiary of our parent company Nichidai Corporation.
