SCP (Super Clean Plate): Simple and easy-to-clean filter media
Super Clean Plate (SCP) is a uniformly porous stainless-steel plate made by laminating and sintering etched plates with matching holes. In addition to the high aperture ratio of the etched plate and the increased strength of the laminated sintered plate, the extremely simple structure provides excellent smoothness and ease of cleaning and makes clogging highly visible. It is suitable for screens for sanitary strainers, air rolls, quenching, etc.
304 and 316L stainless steel are used as the standard material.
