Nichidai Filter develops, manufactures, and sells laminated sintered wire mesh filters made by sintering (diffusion bonding) multiple layers of stainless-steel wire mesh using our proprietary laminated sintering technology.
The mesh in each layer of this laminated sintered filter interlaces with each other to form an ideal filtration structure with a fine and uniformly shaped pores.
They have excellent filtration accuracy, filtration resistance, mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, heat and cold resistance, and workability, and are used in a wide range of industries and applications, from petrochemical, nuclear, synthetic fiber, film, food, pharmaceutical, and aerospace industries to pollution control-related fields.
In addition to sintered wire mesh products, we can also provide sintered laminated etching (SCP/Super Clean Plate) and sintered metal fiber (Metal Fiber) in various shapes.
Production of industrial filters using our unique diffusion bonding technology
By holding stainless steel materials in a vacuum atmosphere at temperatures near the melting point, a diffusion phenomenon occurs. The crystals of the stacked materials are re-formed across the contact points to form an integrated structure.
Can be used for many applications
Using our proprietary sintering technology, we stack several layers of stainless-steel wire mesh in various ways to create a monolithic structure. Each layer of wire mesh intersects with each other, resulting in a fine and uniform overstructure. Depending on the number and type of wire mesh layers, we offer filter products with unique characteristics such as filtration accuracy, filtration resistance, mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and workability.
