Nichidai Filter Corporation is a pioneer and expert in diffusion bonding (sintering) of stainless-steel materials (mainly stainless steel cloth and mesh) for over 40 years.
In 1974, we introduced our first standard sintered mesh “Absolta” to the market, and this diffusion bonding (sintering) technology was entirely developed in-house.
In 1980, we started developing domestically produced rocket components requiring diffusion bonding with the Institute for Space Research of the University of Tokyo, the predecessor of today’s JAXA, and have continued to manufacture these components up to the current H2A rocket.
In 2007, we established a production plant, TSM (Thai Sintered Mesh), in Thailand and started production the following year.
We are proud to say that we are now arguably the world’s largest supplier of stainless-steel diffusion bonding products in terms of volume and capacity.
As an expert in diffusion bonding of stainless-steel materials, we are convinced that our mission is to supply a wide variety of porous stainless-steel materials (stainless steel, non-woven fabrics, wire mesh, powder, plate, etched panels, etc.) to meet your needs in the future.
If you need diffusion bonding of stainless-steel materials, please feel free to contact us.
