Zone 1. Die section
We have been manufacturing dies with high quality for over 50 years, and we have expanded our technology to NICHIDAI (Thailand), achieving the same quality as in Japan. We also support customers in the ASEAN area with well-trained staff. According to market demand, we act quickly and flexibly to take care of our customers.
Zone 2. Scroll section
We produce precision-forged scrolls and metallic components for scroll compressors, which are parts of automotive air conditioners. We can create high-precision forgings with our patented technology, the back-pressure mechanism, and meet your exact requirements using high-tech inspection machines operated by well-experienced staff.
Zone 3. Assembly section
We manufacture nozzles and waste gate valves for turbocharger parts. According to customer requirements, we provide the best solutions and high-quality assemblies using our well-maintained facilities.
Zone 4. Filter section
With advanced technology, we produce sintered wire mesh offering stable filter accuracy, high strength against differential pressure, corrosion and heat/cold resistance, and a washable, sustainable filter, along with porous metal products made of stainless steel.
